As per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH Act), the following members have been appointed to the Sexual Harassment Committee of Hajjim Shadik Begam Mahavidyalaya.
1. Chairperson

Committee Responsibilities

Awareness Programs: The committee will organize workshops, training sessions, and seminars to educate students, faculty, and staff about sexual harassment and promote gender sensitivity.

Complaint Filing Process

Written Complaint:Any individual can file a written complaint addressed to the Chairperson of the committee. Complaints should be filed within 3 months of the incident.

Processing Time: The committee will complete the inquiry within 90 days of receiving the complaint.

Confidentiality:The identity of the complainant, respondent, and witnesses will be kept confidential at all stages of the investigation.

Action and Resolution: After completing the inquiry, the committee will submit its findings and recommendations to the college administration within 10 days.
